Itinerary

Thursday 26th March

Meet at SCD 6.30am for kit check in BH

7:00 Coach departs for the Lake district - Kit check essential non-negotaible 5 item (Walking BOOTS, Waterproof jackets, waterproof trousers, Warm hat and gloves) - we will stop for a break on route for students to buy their own lunch at the services

1-2pm - Arrival in the Lake District set up camp and another FULL kit check - chance to top up items if needed

Friday 27th March - Monday 30th March

Training and Practice expedition - students will have a training day Friday with close supervision. As the week progresses the supervisors will move towards remote supervision. Students will be wild camping one or two nights in preparation for the Qualifying expedition in Norway. (Even if they are not doing Norway)

Monday 30th March

Students will aim to finish between 1pm and 2pm in the Keswick the coach will then return home via a comfort break and dinner stop

ETA 8-9pm but students will be able to call you to confirm exact arrival time on the day.
