Proposed Itinerary 

This trip will be booked directly with Hepworth Adventures this year 

Day 1 meet at Heathrow 

Meet Hepworth Adventure staff either on the flight or as you arrive in Krakow.

Once in Krakow students will have a kit check and can buy any additional fresh food they need for their expedition. They will also be collecting gas for their stoves. They will then depart by public transport and plan to arrive early evening at expedition location near Zakopane. Accommodation hotel, evening meal included.

Day 2 Acclimatisation Day:  Breakfast included in hotel but stduents will need their own lunch. They will do a short acclimatisation walk. They will then set up camp prior to their expedition. They will have time to get supplies for their expedition in Zakopane.

Day 3 to Day 6 Students will be on their qualifying expedition. They will have loosely planned some routes back in the UK but they will be subject to change based on weather conditions. They will need 3 evening meals, 4 packed lunches and 3 breakfasts. They will finish back at the campsite for the final night. Evenin gmeal in Zakopane. Mixture of huts and camping on campsites. Travel back to Krakow on public transport

Day7 Day visiting the area this could include the Salt mines, Auschwitz or Krakow city. Hotel accommodation and evening meal to celebrate the end of the trip.
